Japanese design label Visvim is dropping a car-inspired capsule collection next month called 'Visvim Motors Club'. The 'gas-pumping' range, which spans ready-to-wear, accessories and footwear, is the result of founder Hiroki Nakamura's longstanding love for vintage cars and their engineering.
There are vibrations that can be felt from the steering wheel and accelerator pedal, as well as smells and sounds that come from the engine. It's not simply just a way to get from point A to point B. These are things you don't have to think about with a new car, but each and every one of these details is what makes driving an old car fun.

The collection comprises a total of 13 garments, each created to enhance the riding experience. For example, the Coach Down Jacket features 'Visvim Motors Club' on the back in white font, and the Mechanics Coveralls offer an elevated take on signature workshop items. Knitted t-shirts and jumpers carry the iconography of the capsule in blue and neutral tones, while the Excelsior Cap incorporates branded motifs and the Driver Folk shoes are created to accelerate.
It is therefore not surprising that Hiroki Nakamura's AC 289 'Cobra' plays a leading role in his campaign photos. In my opinion one of the most beautiful Roadsters of all time! The 'Visvim Motors Club' collection will be launched on Saturday 9th September, through various outlets. Check out the collection in the campaign images above.
